Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement/ enhance Test Automation and Automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes.
• Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery.
• Collaborate with other QA/ development staff to accomplish all daily tasks on-time with a high level of quality.
• Develop/ enhance processes to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible.
• Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep test processes up to date.
• Mentor QA team members and share expertise.
• Assist in the development of on-going training programs for the QA Team.
• Assist with internal project kickoffs and requirements/specs gathering.
• Plan and document the testing effort via test plans and test cases for larger-scale projects.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science.

Experience and skills

• Sound knowledge in Test Automation and Automation frameworks.
• Scripting knowledge in Java, Selenium, Python and Shell.
• Experience working in Robot Framework for test automation.
• Work experience in UNIX based environments.
• Ability to creatively and proactively solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently.
• Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, presentation, and resource allocation skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
