We are on the lookout for a Contact Center Executive for a leading mail delivery and logistic client company located in Colombo 07.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/= – Rs.30,000/=
Job Description
Handling the PABX System
Provide/coordinate any Administration duties as required by the Operations Management
Daily Customer contacts
Ensure that all incoming deliveries (mail/supplies) are action promptly as required by the operations center.
Handle customers over the phone by answering for their inquiries.
New staff will be provided comprehensive basic training , inclusive, on the job training, online training as well as they will have a career development program (with international recognized trainings through our corporate learning and development team)
Essential
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent capability of IT
Excellent PR skills
Age between 20 – 30
A pleasant personality
Willing to work on Saturday from 8.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
