3 Passes in G.C.E. A/Ls or any Diploma certificate
Working experience in call center/tele marketing will be a definite added advantage.
Computer literacy.
Willingness and ability to work on Shift basis.(Females: Free from night shifts)
Voice clarity & courtesy and listening skills with service oriented mindset .
A team player with dynamic personality and positive attitude.
Good Communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages. (Trilingual ability will be rewarded).
