Job Description
Candidate Profile
Directly involves in recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues by performing following duties.
Maintains and updates the human resource information system (HRIS) to meet the top management information needs.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Facilitate recruitment process by arranging interviews, practical tests to fill vacant positions.
Organizes and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company goals and values.
Record keeping and preparation of documents/ reports, related to all personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, compensation and superannuation.
Coordinates management training programs in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance review, safety and sexual harassment.
Responds to inquiries related to company policies, procedures and programs.
Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equality within the organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equality within the organization.
Facilitates benefit programs such as insurance, employee loans and other company provided benefits.
Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
Prepare budget of human resources operations.
Prepares employee separation notices, other related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms or relocation services and other employee relations related services.
Processes the monthly payroll including collation of all relevant information for the monthly payroll.
Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices whenever required.
Education and /or Experience
Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as a Assistant HR Manager
Bachelor’s degree from university with three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skill Requirement
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond queries and emails effectively
Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Good computer literacy with a sound knowledge in Microsoft office.
Hands on experience in HRIS is preferred.
