Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ Completed PQHRM (IPM) or Advanced Diploma in HRM (NIBM).
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communicational skills.
Previous experience in handling payroll in a reputed organization will be a definite advantage.
