Manager- Factoring

Our client is a leading NBFI listed on the main board of the CSE is searching the right candidate for the above position.

The Role

As the Manager- Factoring, you will be responsible for setting up factoring operations and introducing new business, developing strategies, policies and procedures with regard to all aspects of business.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • A sound educational background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the factoring operation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • High level of computer literacy.

The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
