Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Main Duties: The right candidate will be responsible for the daily running and management of the center through the effective use of resources. You will hold responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. You will ensure that the calls are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in Customer Handling in the Cab service industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Partly or fully qualified in Business Management / CIM
Personal Attributes and Skills:
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
- Strong and excellent communication skills .
- Should be Computer literate .
- Possess excellent problem solving skills .
- Willing to work on night shifts as and when its required.
