Our client is a state-owned corporation established

in 1974 and is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in Qatar

and requires the following:

 Admin Assistant I 

Help desk

1) Bachelor in Commerce / Business / Accounting.

2) years experience in Accounting & Finance function with MS Office skills.

3) Good communication skills, good clerical skills and basic analytical accountancy skills.

4) Able to prioritise workload in addition to having organizational and time management skills.

5) Standard computer skills and knowledge of SAP or similar advanced ERP systems.

Processing payments timely & accurately to suppliers against invoices as per company’s policies and procedures and agreed terms and conditions of relevant purchase contracts. Accounts for relevant financial payments against vendor invoices in SAP system after going through all the necessary checks in a consistent manner with regards to accuracy of the invoice, adequacy of supporting documents, in accordance with QP’s policies.

  •  Salary Negotiable
  • Two years contract (Renewable).
  • Food Allowance provided/Included in the salary.
  • Medical facilities, accommodation, transportation & outward & repatriation tickets provided / Repatriation tickets provided after 2 years.
  • working hours : 48 hours per week/06 days per week.
