One of our prestigious clients whoises an International Education Institute is looking for a Visa Consultant to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Process documents related to student visa.
• Communicate with clients and collect their required documents for application abroad
• Review and verify if documents send by clients are in the right order needed for application
• Maintain records of clients’ documentation
• Update daily processing work activities
• Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step

Qualifications & Experiences

• Sound academic background
• Australian VISA knowledge (compliment with VISA procedures as per DIBP regulations and ESOS requirements)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in processing Australian Students Visa’s and thorough knowledge in the current Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF)
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Possess good general IT literacy skills
• Be able to work under pressure/ proactive & familiar with team approach
