Full-Time Assistant Sales Manager – Colombo
Job Description
One of our prestigious clients’ who is into Real Estate is looking for Assistant Sales Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.
JOB PURPOSE
To improve sales promotion & Business development
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing new business and organizing sales visits
- Follow all sales processes, maintaining accurate records, ensure all leads are entered into the system.
- Reviewing sales performance, follow up for documentations, payments with clients & MIS
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing in B2C Sales
- Selling and negotiating skills
- Demonstration and Presentation skills
- Excellent English and Tamil/Sinhalese both verbal & written
- Planning / Organizing Skills
- Study the company and its offering in detail
- Follow all sales processes namely software & SOPs
- Organizing sales visits
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records,
- Ensure all leads are entered into the system
- Responsible to close the Leads
- To improve sales promotion & Business development
- Negotiation for closing
- Follow up on leads – keep track of cold, warm and hot leads
- Generating New business
- Reviewing sales performance
- Coordinating with Channel Partners
- Follow up for payments with clients
- Follow up for documentation
- Assist in organizing events
- Motivating and willing to work in teams
- Ensure all issues and problems are reported to the Sales Manager/ Reporting Manager
- MIS – Prepare sales, monthly reports.
