Job Description

Job Role

  •  Responsible for, managing the Branch in order to meet the financial services needs of  valued customers in the assigned community.
  • Achieve targets derived from the corporate goals to be in alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Assure the operational compliance to Central Bank guidelines and corporate policies & procedures.
  • Report branch performance to management and direct supervision of branch staff.

Requirements 

  • Experience                  –              Minimum of 05 years’ experience in branch banking operations
  • Qualifications            –              Full professional qualification in Banking (IBSL) or holder of a degree would be added advantage
