The Job

• Design, develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy along with processes to reach milestones
• Participate in all project stages with accountability for eliciting, validating & documenting business requirements to deliver targets setup
• Evaluate market conditions and forecast /modify strategies to achieve targets
• Work with business development teams to strengthen and expand the agents/channels

Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience out of which 2 years at Assistant Manager level with exposure to technology, Sales & Marketing or service delivery capacity
• Minimum of part qualification in IT/Banking or CIMA/CIM/ACCA or Degree from a recognized university
