As the Manager- Inbound & Outbound, you will be able to responsible for an Account of approx 150+ people and operational deliverables.

 

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Customer Service / Business Administration
  •  People management skills with good interpersonal relations
  • Good communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil
