Job Role
- Correspond with global clients whilst delivering high quality professional services.
- Achieve KPIs.
- Maximize productive “phone time”.
- Work towards SAKS and client objectives.
- Support teams and ensure common goals are met.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Strong communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
- Flexibility to work client specific shifts (Sri Lankan Holidays).
- GCE Advanced level with three passes.
Having experience will be an added advantage.
