We are on the lookout for a Customs Brokerage Supervisor for our well reputed client company who is into Shipping & Logistics in Colombo 7.

Salary: Rs. 35,000 – 40,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Need to allocate wharf clerks for the clearing and forwarding jobs (approx 300-375 jobs per month) and ensure smooth operation in the department.
  • Deal with transporters for the shipments which need transport service.
  • Monitor that wharf clerks settle the job payments on time.

Key Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge in Customs clearance all the activities handling General cargo and BOI cargo.
  • Relationship with transporters, Sri Lanka customs and port authority.
  • Good communication in English reading, spoken and writing.
