Job Profile

  1. Executing commercial contracts and renewal of all such legal instruments
  2. Attending to matters pertaining to all litigation matters including drafting and settling all required documentation and liaising with external counsels
  3. Reviewing and monitoring all notarial agreements and renewing the same in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining a good relationship with other Departments and advising and coorperating in solving the matters arising in day – today business operations

The following qualifications, skills and attributes are required to apply

  • Should possess degree in law from a recognized university and an Attorney at law
  • Having Notarial License in Both English and Sinhala 
  • Should possess minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure and knowledge in court proceeding would be advantageous
  • Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self – starter who can work with minimum supervision in a methodical and organized manner
