Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing or customer service
- Good level of computer literacy
- Fluent in English
Job Role
- Responsible for handle Customer Database management
- Should be able to handle CRM functions
- Handling Customer Loyalty programs
- Customer Events Other/customer related programs
- Responsible for handling social media
- Support sales and marketing
- Coordinating Events sponsorships
Personal Attributes and skills
- A good team player
- Should have excellent PR Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
Should be able to work independently
