The Internship Programme
This opportunity is ideal for bright individuals who wish to pursue a career in the equities industry. During the internship programme, you will gain valuable exposure to investment research in a global capital markets environment and the opportunity to work with some of the top global investment banks. You will be coached and mentored by senior investment analysis professionals and subject to regular performance assessment/review. You will receive on-the-job training and be given the opportunity to take part in our CFA-approved in-house training programmes. Successful completion of the Internship Programme will give you the opportunity to support a global clientele. Selected high-performing interns will be offered permanent employment.
Entry requirements
- A final-year undergraduate in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a final-level student sitting for a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka. Preference will be given to applications with CFA qualification
- A demonstrated interest in capital markets
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- A strong work ethic, with absolute attention to detail
