Job Description

OBJECTIVE

As a member of the Human Resources Department, he/she shall be responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources & Training in full spectrum of Training functions, lead and guide the subordinates in training.

 

REPORTS TO

Resort Manager

HR Manager

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holding in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years as Training Manager
  • Pre-opening experience

 

Package

  • Salary – USD 2.000- 2,500
  • Service charge – when resort is open for business
  • Entitle for 30 Days’ vacation leave, R&R, meals and accommodation provided
