Our client a reputed food Manufacturing company in K.S.A has the following vacancy.

Position:

Position Title:Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

              Compiles monitors and tracks all recruitment statistics and assists with updating and maintaining databases, record, reports, and spreadsheets for various Talent Management activities including recruitment, exit interviews, new hire and reporting.

              Leads the process in developing an employment, that is recognizable to the public and implement special recruitment programs aimed at attracting candidates who can best support their brand’s message.

              Manages recruitment budget, Designs, researches costs and submission requirements for advertisements and places advertisements in local newspapers, publications, on the Internet, etc. to ensure that applicant pools are large and diverse, in coordination with HR manager; maintains advertising budget.

              Maintains up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and options.

              Educates, influences and builds managers’ competency for assessing talent and driving quality talent acquisition management hiring practices.

Salary package:

6000-8000 SR.

Experience:

7-9 years similar experience in Saudi Arabia.
