Stores Manager

We are on the lookout for a Stores Manager for our well reputed client company who is into Importing & Distributing Medical and Communication Equipment’s in Colombo 1.

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through an excellent service.
• Effective store administration and ensure compliance with the policies and the procedures.
• Responsible for all goods receiving and issuing and safe keeping of all stock located within the stores.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments and ensure all supplies are met the required deadlines.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and any other standards adopted by the company.
• Monitoring and maintaining the stock levels to facilitate the customer requirements.

• Supervise the tasks carried out by the subordinates and conduct the performance appraisals to assess the training needs and build up the career paths.

Key Requirements

• Possess a diploma in Supply and material management or equivalent qualification from NIBM or ISMM.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Should be a strong team players and able to perform under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and achieve the departmental targets.
