Full-Time Site Quality Engineer – Mannar – TOP URGENT

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Site Quality Engineer for our well reputed DENMARK client company project based in Mannar.

SITE LOCATION: Mannar

Key Accountabilities:

To ensure and report Construction Quality requirements like Process and Final Inspection of WTG Foundation, Clearance for WTG Installation, Verification of Soil Reports and Cube Test Reports, Calibration of Tools and Instruments, etc.
Responsibilities:

Implement companies Construction Quality Management in Civil and foundation activities
Incoming inspection for foundation raw material like steel, cement and Aggregates etc.
Process inspection at RMC Plan
Process and Final Inspection of WTG foundation process and testing as per Companies procedure and FQAP
Cube Testing and Report Analysis
Preparation of daily observation report and communicate to site project team (Civil Engineer and Site Manager)
Creation of NCR’s for process issues and monitor closely till closure
Participating in Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving programs
Identification continuous improvements projects during Process
Work attributes and qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, in Construction Industry is a MUST. (Trainee Experience will not be considered)
B.E – Civil Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering)
Diploma in Quality Control in Construction field.
Excellent and thorough knowledge in WTG Foundation; Soil Analysis; Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing of Foundation.
Should have experience in conducting quality checks according to standard procedures.
Excellent communication / Problem solving & analytical skills.
Possess Public Relations Skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Self-confidence and a positive attitude to work.
Execellent MS Office skills.
AGE LIMIT 30-45 years old
Salary: Rs.150,000 to 220,000 per month (depending on experience) + Accommodation (Shared Basis).
