Responsibility,
Take ownership of the detailed design of the product
Take part of the effort estimates and provide technical guidance and thought leadership and highlight risk and issue proactively
Conduct/participate design and code reviews and followup of the best practices and coding standard adherence.
Manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
Opportunity to conduct tech talks and training every quarter to share knowledge with peer and management.
Requirements,
Can do attitude with Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
Should be a responsible team player with good communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of hands on Development experience on . Net Tech Stack. [ASP .NET MVC/WEBFORMS/SPA, Javascript, Entity Framework, MSSQL, SSRS, Visual Fox Pro]
Very good understanding of design patterns and system design experience.
