Full-Time Senior Sales Manager
We are on the lookout for a “Senior Sales Manager “for our well-reputed client company located in Colombo 05
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Between 10 to 15 years of total work experience
At least 5-7 years of experience of selling to large Enterprises in Sri Lanka
Demonstrated solution sales and account management experience
Knowledge of IT, Cloud and Analytics market landscape and the ability to work with evolving and emerging products like ML & AI.
Proven track record of attainment or over-attainment of individual sales quotas. Strong sense of ownership – takes accountability for sales results, and effectively works to put together and execute on an overarching sales plan. Ability to develop successful long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Executive presence and maturity to work with C-Suite of large Enterprise customers
Should be comfortable with Challenger Selling mindset
Should be able to work in a fast paced, high growth tech start up the environment. Should be able to handle complexity and ambiguity.?
Build annual, quarterly and monthly plans and achieving sales targets
Advocate Linear Squared solutions and products to Large Enterprises in Sri Lanka
Increase growth for large accounts and develop effective strategies to get new customer wins, and grow existing customer revenue
Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level; Develop and provide custom presentations on Linear Squared solutions/products to customers
Develop long-term relationships with CxO’s of large enterprise organizations
Work with marketing and demand generation teams to build a forward-looking and scalable sales pipeline, leading to achievement of quarterly revenue goals.
