Linked to the Head of the National Network, you are “area boss” in charge of business development for your geographical area. To complete your mission, you have the responsibility:
– To maintain and develop relations of trust with customers in your area in a logic of partnership
– Recruit, lead, train, and manage teams of promoters and stakeholders providers on operations, in accordance with the quality standards of the Group and existing processes.
– To set up, manage and monitor the organization of the services of Trade Marketing and Merchandising in sales points (validate the campaign objectives, definition of the workload, time management, optimization of results …).
– To drive business through key indicators and perform regular reporting to your direction.
coming from a superior business education, you ideally justify proven experience in the management of a portfolio of retail outlets (Business Leader).
With excellent interpersonal skills, your current skills / management your appetite and your organizational skills will enable you to set up large-scale operations and quality.
