Job Description

We are on the lookout for Head of Sales for our well reputed client construction company located in Dehiwala. They do Flooring, Decking and Cladding to the Sri Lankan market.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine the targets for the Sales team and coordinate them accordingly
• Leading the marketing team towards their goals
• Monitoring all the sales and market related activities
• Maintain the sales volume and selling price by maintaining the current supply and demand

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior level position
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, resourceful and result oriented
• Previous experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
• Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent qualification or full/ part qualifications in SLIM/ CIM
• Communication, Motivation, Leadership skills, & IT Knowledge
• Age 30- 50 years
• A valid Riding/ Driving License
