Full-Time Sales Manager
We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager for our well reputed multi-international insurance client company located in Colombo.
Support the development of the business plans of the sales unit
Develop sales strategies to achieve the set business targets
Ensures the desired volume of referral leads are generated by the unit staff
Builds relationships with the PAC sales team
Visits customers and promote identified AIA financial plans with unit staff when necessary in the form of field coaching
Make sales calls when necessary
Ensure development and management of sales talents
Use high tech tools for business management
Deliver sales targets on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
Manage and operate in identified markets
Responsible for achieving ANP/FYP/NOP & Persistency Target of the unit.
Establish a belief in insurance among the new recruits.
Setting Goals for new recruits both personal and Business
Ongoing performance management of sales team
Maintain continuous Performance Development Dialog (PDD)
Recognize and rewarding the sales team.
Preferably Graduates / equivalent or More than 03 to 05 years working experience in management capacity
Willingness to meeting people in the field
Market orientation and selling skills
Excellent Oral and written communication skills in English
Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
