We are on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 03.
Job Description
Preparation of quotations, sales reports and keeping track of all the leads coming in
Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensuring the adequacy of sales related equipment or material
Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales report when requested
Improving processes, forms and procedures to maximize team efficiency
Work attributes and qualifications
Age between 18 – 35 years
GCE A/L
Experience in operational / Administrative and sales coordination will be an added advantage
Good command of English – written and spoken
IT literate
Good communicator with go getter attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
Female candidates only
