Primary Responsibility is to work towards the growth of the Business
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with prospective customers in regard to customer needs and requirements.
Maintain expected service standards and attend to customer complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure restaurants day to day operations are managed efficiently.
Good knowledge in training and developing the staff.
Achieve restaurants revenue targets with cost management.
Work Attributes and Qualifications
Age below 35 years.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional or any other qualification in hospitality from a recognized Institute.
G.C.E A/L.
4 – 5 years’ experience with in managerial experience and more preferably in hospitality would be an advantage.
Service oriented attitude with the passion to drive the team.
High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get task completed.
Very good inter-personal and leadership skills.
Well versed in English and Sinhala.
