Overall brief
We are looking for an experienced professional real estate marketer to promote our on-going project apartments.
Roles
Assisting in preparing the advertisements and promoting to the target customers.
Identifying, selecting and contacting on the leads to bring the potential customers to the property site.
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities and to propose a suitable apartment.
Ability to negotiate and conclude the sale and involving in preparing the sales contracts.
Track contract terms and follow up on the progressive collection.
Good computer literacy, record keeping and creating a customer data base in an organised method.
Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experiences in the real estate sales field
Good educational background with sound knowledge in the languages
Ability to work independently combined with
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate to the prospective customers with an effective and efficient manner to close the deals.
Working knowledge of computer programs
