Full-Time Quality Assurance Manager – Kalubowila
Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Manager for our well reputed client company who is into Apparel Manufacturing in Kalubowila.
Salary: Rs. 50,000
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are delivered as per the agreed quality standards.
- Examine products and materials for defects or deviation.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
- Report inspection, test data, and maintaining documents.
- Coordinate with the production team with production.
- Calibrate internal processes with buyer standards and ensure accurate garment construction with minimal reject prior to top or any other sample the external final inspection.
- Highlight and act upon any deviation from prescribed quality standards and will develop, maintain and implement quality systems, processes and procedures to align with customer requirements.
- Liaise with the production & finishing teams and other cross functional teams.
Key Requirements
- Professional or academic qualification in Garment Technology, Clothing Technology or Quality Assurance.
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience as quality assurance executive or similar.
- Should be an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Male candidates below 35 years with ability to perform under pressure.
