We are on the lookout for Public Relation Officers for our well reputed client company who is into Private hospitals located in Colombo.

Salary: Rs. 18,300

Responsibilities

• Identify different customers and their needs and cater the same.
• Pleasing customers and direct them to the correct direction.
• Handling customer complains effectively and follow-up with the concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

• G.C.E O/L qualified.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity. (School leavers without experience will be considered for trainee positions).
• Excellent command in English.
• Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Will be required to work extended hours on roster basis (night shifts included).
