Full-Time Project Manager- [Civil Engineering]

Job Description

To play a lead role in planning activities of large scale Engineering projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To deliver the project within the critical path from scoping through to close-out.
  • To deliver a wide variety of project management deliverables including (but not limited to); Project Manuals/ Project Execution Plans, Risk Registers, Project Schedules, Variation Orders (VOs), Tracking Registers, Sales Invoices, Monthly Project Reports, Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), and Progress Meeting minutes etc
  • To interpret and apply specifications for designs implemented.
  • To manage, chair, prepare and participate in design reviews with clients’ representatives and customers
  • To ensure technical directions of other engineers, quantity surveyors, technical officers, test operators and technicians on specific work assignments.
  • To follow/support the development of new technical principles, concepts, techniques and processes.
  • To analyze product design requirements and recommending solutions.
  • To travel, including troubleshooting/fact-finding
  • To strive for continuous improvement and teamwork in product development and processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized University in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience after graduation
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in Marine Construction
  • Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Field experience/ Written and Spoken English, working language
  • Salary: Package negotiable, based on competencies and working experience
