Production Executive – Sewing
Accountability
- Achievement of set production target
- Implement and sustain the most effective work methods/systems at the factory in order to improve productivity level and facilitate effective production process
- Improve machine operators’ performance.
Personal Profile
- Sound GCE A/L results with relevant professional/trade qualification.
- 6 years experience in this industry & backed by 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Applicant should have experience in both knit & woven apparel production.
- Diploma in Production Management or Diploma in Work Study will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing & Work Study will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and management skills.
- Age below 35 years.
