PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS – (Naula Factory)

Key Tasks

  • Ensuring the daily and monthly production targets are achieved at the expected level of quality in the assigned Production Line
  • Leading, guiding and motivating sewing machine operators to achieve optimum Production Line

Ideal Qualification

  • Passed GCE O/L , A/L
  • Two (02) years experience as a Production supervisor attached to a reputed garment factory
  • Trade Certificate on supervisory management from a recognized institute would be advantageous
  • Age – less than 35 years.

Key knowledge Areas

  • knowledge on garment breakdowns and assembly systems
  • Knowledge of type of machines, basic machine parts, attachments and the machine handling systems.
  • Knowledge of line balancing.
  • Sound knowledge of fabric and garment defects.
  • Knowledge of fabric inspection and grading systems.

  •   a passport – size colour photograph
  •   names, addresses and contact numbers of two non-related referees
  • current & expected salaries and,
