Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.

Competency Fit

As the Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of Operation requirements and serving a liaison between Site Management and the Operations to ensure client service level agreements are met.


To be successful you will need to possess:

  • Degree or diploma in Operations Management/Marketing/ Customer Service or Business Administration.
  • 10-12 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in BPO/Telecom processes with people management experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal experience
