Full-Time Post of Manager- Operations
Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.
As the Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of Operation requirements and serving a liaison between Site Management and the Operations to ensure client service level agreements are met.
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Degree or diploma in Operations Management/Marketing/ Customer Service or Business Administration.
- 10-12 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in BPO/Telecom processes with people management experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal experience
