Job Description;
As a Manager – Health Insurance, you are required to overlook entire medical claim scrutinizing operation and related issues following the procedures whilst maintaining the policy conditions. You will also be required to provide technical support & trainings for the team and will be responsible to act as the communication link between the department and the hospitals.
Skills and knowledge/selection criteria;
- Pre intern or a Doctor with MBBS degree or equivalent (foreign graduates with SLMC registration are also welcome). Post graduate practice in government sector will be definite advantage
- Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Working knowledge in MS Office Applications
- Good in presentation skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills.
- Confident & presentable.
