The position is available at Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd which is a member of the MAS Group, and the company is situated in Thulhiriya. Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd manufactures and supplies Warp and Weft Knitted Stretch Fabrics to renowned retailers of Lingerie, swimwear and sportswear such as Victoria’s Secret, M&S, LandsEnd, Speedo, Lasenza, Nike, Lululemon, Polo Ralph Lauren etc…

Executive – Customer Relations

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Customer Relations Executive, who will work for the Sales & Marketing Department, Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming inquiries/orders, liaison with planning so as to book production capacity, negotiate delivery dates/flows and communicate with the customer within 48 hours
  • You will be responsible to handle Sportswear brands (Nike, Lululemon, Polo Ralph Lauren etc…)
  • Carry out the necessary activities to ensure efficient Order Book Management which includes the follow up of the order internally at key stages
  • Complete all required documentation pertaining to order confirmation and follow through status of order by regularly meeting with planner and convey order status to customer
  • Visit customers as scheduled in order to build good relationships and enhance mutual trust and honesty

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in marketing from a recognized institute plus 02 years work experience in similar capacity
  • Result oriented individual with an outgoing personality, who is willing to work long hours whenrequired, a sports background will be an added advantage

  • IT literacy & flair for fashion design would be an added advantage

    As the role requires to be based in Thulhiriya it is advised to use our official lodging (which is provided free of charge) in case the distance from home to Thulhiriya exceeds 25km. The selected candidate will be entitled to use the MAS Fabric Park facilities such as the Swimming Pool, state-of-the-art Gym and other indoor/outdoor sport facilities after working hours.
