Responsibilities
- Acquiring, training and developing employees who work with corporates
- Satisfying employee needs and strengthening relationships
- Set target for employees
- Making new business by recognizing potential customers.
- Make sure all the corporate accounts brought in are maintained.
- Ensure all promotional campaigns are clearly explained to customers
Qualifications and experience
- Should have successfully passed 8 or more subjects at the Ordinary Level examination
- Previous experience in sales would be an added advantage
Skills
- Customer and service oriented personality
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
