We are currently looking for school leavers who could be employed as Trainee Customer Service Officers for the FIT Division. The applicants should be GCE (A/L) qualified and possess Credit passes for English and Mathematics at the GCE (O/L). Candidates ought to be confident, trustworthy and highly organized in work with the ability to multitask.
Basic IT skills, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential attributes for the above position. Relevant job training will be provided for the selected candidates. He / She will report directly to the Head of Operations – Asia.
For the ideal candidate the remuneration package on offer will be commensurate with the position and would include medical cover and other perquisites with an excellent working environment.
