SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT / PRESALES ENGINEER
THE ROLE
- Design end to end enterprise IT infrastructure solutions based on Industry standard Servers, Blade servers, Storage, Backup Systems, System software and other relevant solution building blocks.
- Demonstrate Cloud Computing Concepts and Design Principles along with Operation Model, Service Delivery and Service Management
- Architect comprehensive solutions that utilize the Cloud Computing design and blueprint principles to meet the customer requirements.
- Undertake Presales consultancy or advisory engagements to facilitate development of new sales opportunities.
- Provide presales technical assistance to relevant sales teams and customers at various stages of solution building process.
- Create Bill of Materials, Proposals, Tender responses, Presentations etc.
- Transfer knowledge to Presales peers, Sales teams and Technical teams.
- Develop and maintain a “Trusted advisor” relationship with prospects and customers.
THE PROFILE
- The ideal candidate should be backed by an Engineering Degree, Computer Science, Electronics, and Electrical or related disciplines.
- Must have a working knowledge of the cloud infrastructure technologies (systems, storage, security, networking, virtualization technologies)
- Must have strong analytical and technical design skills while being sensitive to customer’s business requirements.
- Must have strong desire and passion to self- learn and explore emerging technologies, competitor products and Industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Possess excellent time management, multitasking skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be an excellent team player and who values ethical and open working culture.
