Our client is one of the leading Life Insurance Companies in Sri Lanka.

Competency-fit

As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible to provide an excellent customer service and understand satisfy customers’ requirements.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • At least 1 year customer handling experience.
  • Passed GCE A/L Examination.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Package
  • Excellent communication Skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil

Having experience in a Tel-Communication company will get an added advantage.
