CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

We are on the look-out for competent ‘Customer Service Assistant’ for our reputed Multinational client, a leading company dealing in logistics related services. This position is for the Welisara Office.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Serve customers by providing product and service information
• Resolving product and service problems.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
• Coordinate  the dilivery of  invoices and other related documents to customers liasing with Finance department.
• Follow up with customers for future orders.
• Prepare and maintain the product wise purchasing reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Male candidate below the age of  25 years
• Should be fluent in English Language.
• 2 passes at GCE A/L and Credit pass for English & Mathematics at GCE O/L
• Minimum 01 years experience in customer service field
• Good knowledge in microsoft office package.
• Graphic Designing skills would be an added advantage.
