The Job

The Manager L&D will be responsible to provide a framework that aligns Learning  and Development activities with the company’s objectives .You are required to ensure employees are equipped with the required skills and competencies to carry out their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities in order to create a wining organisation.  You are primarily  be responsible to lead training  and development function for the selected channel in order to increase business performance.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

•Plan, develop and implement L&D strategies  in order to deliver cutomised solutions based on the sales channel requirement.
•Identify competency gaps and design learning solutions to meet set standards.
•Ensure the implementation of training plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the outcome
•Build relationships with line management and identify  performance gaps and provide employee development solutions.
•Provide  MI  and  feedback, to the channel management when require
•Mange the overall training budget

 

Applicant should pocessed;

 

•A degree and / or professional qualifications in Training & Development.
•Minimum of 4-5 years experience in the field of training.
•Experience & exposure in LMS/e-Learning , Digital training will be a definitive advantage
•High level of understanding of modern learning principles, philosophies and methods.
•Strong leadership and motivational skills with excellent communication ability.•Willingness to travel to regions/branch Offices Island wide.
