The Job

• Study, Design and implement lean initiatives across the organization using the appropriate tools and techniques
• Create Key Performance (KPIs) for lean projects undertaken and work with relevant departments to ensure anticipated value is released
• Lead lean/ continuous improvement projects by using effective project management methodologies

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• 8 years of demonstrated work experience out of which a minimum of 4 years at Executive Level
• A Degree from a recognized University or a Full/Part Qualification in Banking/ Finance (At least up to Managerial level for CIMA students) or Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
