Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• Over 5 years of experience in Banking/ NBFI
• Work  experience  in  the  selected  region  and  a  resident  (respected background)
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Sinhala
• A Bachelor’s degree / Professional Qualification
• Respected background and a well-known personality from the area

Previous experience in handling deposit products in a bank or NBFI would be definite advantage.
