Work-study Executives – (Kaduwela Plant)

These opportunities are available in our manufacturing plant in Kaduwela. We insist on getting the best quality human capital to implement lean manufacturing principles. Candidates should be exceptional achievers, with high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team with the determination to succeed in a challenging work environment.

Accountabilities

  • Implement and sustain the most effective work methods/systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate effective production processes.
  • Planning and analyzing new projects within the production department and other departments to facilitate plant operations.
  • Ensuring best practices of lean manufacturing concept are implemented.
  • Monitoring the relevant production parameters and taking action to ensure a smooth flow of production

Ideal Qualification

  • Passed GCE A/L .(Preferably in Maths stream)
  • B.Sc. Degree in Physical Science or NDT qualification will be advantageous.
  • Exposure of working in a lean manufacturing environment is an added qualification
  • Age – less than 35 years.

Key knowledge Areas

  • In-depth knowledge of all the work-study techniques
  • Sound knowledge of productivity  improvement techniques
