The ideal candidate should be suitably qualified in Retail Management and possess at least 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position in fashion retail environment in a reputed establishment either in Sri Lanka or overseas. He / She should have the necessary competencies to manage overall affairs of a Retail showroom & have an excellent track record in consistently achieving the revenue targets. Should have a good command of English and be IT literate. Preferred age below 40 years.
