Opportunity
Due to rapid expansion, we are currently in need of a Senior Content Developer / Publisher to join our Quantitative Research team. Successful applicants will be designated as Quantitative Analyst or Junior Analyst depending on their experience and/or level of skill/aptitude.
Required background
- In-depth knowledge on web-based tools (i.e. Content Management System, Web Reporting tools, design tools, etc.)
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a rapid environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous interactive agencies experience a plus, IT/Operations departments, etc.
- Front-end ‘light’ programming skills a plus: html, javascript, css, content (preferred)
- Work directly with management at all levels
- Manage projects to meet strict regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficient in utilizing Web Analytics Platforms E.g. Google Analytics
- A minimum two to three years of prior work experience in a similar role
- Experience/knowledge in financial concepts and capital markets
- Work and produce independently, handle initiatives end-to-end, also work effectively as a member within a multi-functional team handling a number of related initiatives.
- A strong work ethic, with good attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- The willingness to work in shifts
The successful candidate’s duties will include the following:
providing offshore web content updates and content publishing support to the onshore client team. The client is the digital marketing department of a large US-based global investment services firm. The Copal Amba team works closely with the client teams involved in internet posting and content publishing.
The new member would be required to develop a firm grasp of the client’s web content-management platforms and other related software tools, and HTML editing skills, and possess strong interpersonal skills. He/she will be responsible for undertaking client requests relating to web content management, web page maintenance, data audits, marketing collateral updates, and related ad-hoc projects, and providing overall support to the existing team in expanding service bandwidth .
