Our Client is a leading company in Hospitality & Tourism sector, originally based in Hong Kong.
Qualifications and Experience
•Graduate from any Business or related field
•High school diploma or equivalent in a reservation certification program
Job Role
- Load rates to all OTO/OTA, maintain records, compare competitors, and generate reports and presents to sales team.
- Maintain visibility of all properties, upload recent pictures and change material on regular interval.
- Issue stop sales when property is full and utilize promotions to yield and increase occupancy.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions.
- Explain resort products, service and other information about the resort as requested.
- Sell process and enter and confirm room reservations using selling techniques and strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, and hours of operation as well as dining options currently available.
- Assist guests with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction. Use supervisor support when necessary.
Personal Attributes and skills
•Previous experience handling online tour operators, guest service and reservations experience preferred.
•Should have good knowledge on online distribution and marketing channels.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
•Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
•Excellent computer and typing skills are required.
•Previous call center experience preferred.
